Nika Couture has designed for high profiles clients such as NBC World of Dance contestants DNA, and constructed performance costumes for world champion Ina Jeliazkova. Nika is a very artistic, detailed oriented, and talented custom-made costume designer. She creates high end luxury costumes for ballroom, shows, and performances. She has incredible I began my business when I first started ballroom dancing seven years ago. I had no idea where to buy custom made costumes and it was so difficult to find expert designers open to the public. I started making my own competition costumes, worked at other design companies, started making dresses for latin world champion Ina Jeliazkova, and the journey for Nika Couture began. Each dress was an artistic adventure, helping my clients break their limiting beliefs about themselves. Empowering my clients one costume at a time, is what gives me the greatest satisfaction as a designer and human. My name is Monica Lee, people call me Nika when they need a luxurious, artistic, and one of a kind costume. I studied at Parsons School of Design and later went to Fashion Institute Technology to further my studies in Couture apparels and construction. I am multi passionate!
