In the years since Mille-feuille opened for business, our expertise has consistently continued to grow. This expertise started with Olivier Dessyn, owner and executive pastry Chef, who trained and worked at high-end maisons including the Ritz and Hermé in Paris. Finding the best ingredients, whether it's butter, chocolate, flour, or fruits, is the first step in baking a delicious pastry. So no matter what you choose at Mille-feuille, not only will it look beautiful, but it will also be the tastiest and as healthy as possible because we care. Our pastries are as traditionally French as they can get, with no extra sugar or any artificial ingredients added to the recipes.
