I went to this shop hoping I would get my Grandson his first haircut and at first no one was in the building so we patiently waited. Then the girl who ran this place walked up so I greeted her and she went right in, locked the door behind her! SO we waited a little while and she didn't even come back from inside the shop.....My assumption was she didn't want to cut a child's hair! Enough of this so we left Proper Cuts to find someone to cut his hair! I will not give her any acknowledgment just let others know my lousy experience with her!
